Questions and answers

What is Assisto?

Assisto is an AI-assisted Business OS for small businesses. Users talk to it through three channels: the Next.js web app, the React Native Expo mobile app, and WhatsApp. It connects scattered data, stores durable business context, and helps organise customers, suppliers, jobs, quotes, invoices, receipts, documents, tasks, and follow-ups.

Who is Assisto for?

Assisto is designed for small businesses, trades, service companies, and owner-operators who need customer and job records without learning a heavy CRM.

Can I use Assisto from WhatsApp?

Yes. WhatsApp is one optional access channel. Users can also use the web dashboard and mobile app. The goal is one shared business system with different chat faces.

Does the web app use the same business system as WhatsApp and mobile?

Yes. The Next.js web app, React Native Expo mobile app, and WhatsApp workflows talk to the same Assisto runtime and business records, so customers, quotes, invoices, receipts, documents, connector context, and tasks stay consistent.

Can Assisto create quotes?

Yes. Assisto can draft and save quotes from chat. It can ask for missing details, use pricing memory where available, and keep the user in control before anything important is sent.

Can Assisto create invoices and reminders?

Yes. Assisto can create invoice records, track unpaid invoices, and help with follow-up tasks or reminder workflows. Users should review invoice details before sending or relying on them.

Can Assisto handle receipts and accountant exports?

Yes. Assisto can organise receipts and business documents, extract useful information, and support accountant-ready workflows where the relevant features are enabled.

Does Assisto replace an accountant, bookkeeper, lawyer, or tax adviser?

No. Assisto is workflow software. AI-assisted outputs can be useful drafts or summaries, but users remain responsible for reviewing important records and getting professional advice where needed.

What languages does Assisto support?

Assisto onboarding starts by asking for a preferred language. Chat replies and setup flows can be localised, with Polish and English already covered in tested flows and broader language support planned around the shared runtime.

Who operates Assisto?

Assisto is operated by Webicity Studio Limited. The contact email for account, billing, support, privacy, and legal requests is info@assistoCRM.com.
